A warm welcome from Sinéad and Keith
Hi everyone! We are Sinéad and Keith, owners of Power-Quinn English. We believe that learning English should feel useful, enjoyable and personal.
A little about us
Sinéad is from Wexford in the south-east of Ireland and Keith is from Donegal in the north-west. We have been married since 2012 and have four lovely children together. We moved to Northern Ireland in 2016 and have made Bleary our home.
We love travelling and meeting people from all over the world. Over the years, we have welcomed guests from France, Belgium, Italy, Romania, Lithuania, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria and Russia. We look forward to welcoming people from even more places.
Our home is in a small village in the countryside, with space for family life, games and outdoor activities. We enjoy sharing local parks, lakes, forests and Irish food with our guests.

Meet Sinéad
I have taught for over twenty years in Ireland and the UK, at primary and secondary school, university and private language schools. I have taught English from beginner A1 to advanced C1, including general and business English, English for specific professions, support for young learners, Cambridge B1, B2 and C1 exam preparation, IELTS and TOEFL. I love helping each person make progress in their own way.

Meet Keith
My career has included financial services, customer services, swim safety, manual handling, accredited first aid training and operations management. I later trained as an EFL teacher because I enjoy meeting people from other countries. I especially enjoy employment-related English, customer services, workplace communication and interview preparation with role-play and practical feedback.

We are Sinéad and Keith, originally from Wexford and Donegal in Ireland. We have four children and have made Bleary, near Craigavon, our home since 2016. We love travelling, meeting people from around the world and helping them feel welcome in Northern Ireland.
